Return Process

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is free from makeup, deodorant, or scent marks.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
